Delivery

Orders are shipped within 7 business days of payment receipt. In case of a delay or temporary studio closure, an informational email will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Conditions

• EU: Standard delivery, VAT applied according to EU regulations. Average delivery time is 5 business days after shipment. These times cannot be guaranteed and are beyond our control.
• Switzerland: DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping, with no Swiss VAT charged at the point of sale. The customer is responsible for customs duties and Swiss VAT upon importation of goods.

Warranty

• Manufacturing defects: If a manufacturing defect is found upon receipt, with photo evidence, we will resend the jewellery at our own expense.
• Delivery issues: In case of loss by the carrier, we will cover the cost of replacing the jewellery and reship the goods at our expense.

Order Process

• 1. Order request — Send an email to b2b@eyecu-irisphoto.com specifying the desired product(s) and quantity for each.
• 2. Confirmation — EYE C U will confirm the order by email, and provide a Pro forma invoice, along with an upload link for your files.
• 3. File submission — Upload high-quality JPEG photos via the provided link, organised into subfolders by product.

VAT

EU businesses with a valid VAT number: VAT exemption applies in accordance with Article 138, Paragraph 1 of Directive 2006/112/EC. You will not be charged VAT on your purchases.

Businesses based in Switzerland: Swiss VAT applies to the importation of goods and must be paid by the customer upon entry of the goods into Switzerland. Our prices exclude Swiss VAT; you may be able to reclaim it according to local tax rules.

Payment Terms

Payment must be made at the time of the order, upon receipt of confirmation of product availability. The payment confirmation should be attached to the email containing the photo(s) to be integrated into the personalised jewellery.

Claim Procedures

Any claims related to an invoice must be submitted by email within 10 days of receiving the invoice.

Photo Specifications

To ensure the aesthetic quality of your personalised jewellery, it is essential that the provided photos meet certain specifications. Please ensure the subject is precisely centred and opt for bright, sharp images. The quality of the photo directly impacts the final result of the jewellery. We cannot be held responsible for any defects in the jewellery arising from insufficient quality of the provided photo.

Required format and colour profile: JPEG (colour profile: Adobe RGB 1998).
